stanley1913hub.it.com provides a 60-day free return service for all global customers. Within 60 days after the customer receives the goods, if you are not satisfied with the product, the product does not match the description, or there are non-human damage quality problems, you can initiate a free return application through the official platform background. All returned products need to keep the original packaging, complete accessories and unused state to meet the official return verification standards.

Refund Processing Cycle

After we receive and verify the returned goods completely and meet the return conditions, the official finance team will start the refund process. All refunds will be completed within 5 to 10 working days.
